Shipping & Delivery Information

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Southdown Garage. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days depending on stock. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Standard 3-5 business days calculated at checkout
    Expedited 1-3 business days calculated at checkout


  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays).

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • Southdown Garage ships to addresses within Canada, the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1 - 5 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Southdown Garage is committed to offering no extra cost to customers in Canada or the US for duties. However; in some cases, customer may be charged duties unexpectedly. Please reach out to us if you are charged duties at sales@shopsouthdowngarage.ca.
  • If you have purchased outside of Canada or the US, Southdown Garage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Southdown Garage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship outside the U.S. and Canada to the following: Europe & United Kingdom.
  • International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination country.
  • Tariffs are not included in the shipment. Each country will add on its own taxes, if not calculated at check out, it will be up to the receiver of the item to pay.
