This intercooler pipe kit lets you upgrade your 2025+ Explorer with a previous generation Explorer intercooler. This is the perfect upgrade if you want to keep intake temps down for better performance and back-to-back pulls with no loss in power.

Upgrade your intercooler. The connections for the intercooler on the 2025+ Explorer moved to a new design. While many of the previous generation intercoolers bolt in, they cannot connect to the stock pipes. This kit let's you revert to the previous generation intercooler pipes to give you the ability to install 2020-2024 Explorer intercoolers on your 2025+ Explorer.
