Ford Maverick Eco-Boost Catback Exhaust - 2025+

We built this exhaust for Maverick owners who want their truck to sound better without turning it into something they don't want to drive every day.

From the front pipes all the way back, the full 3" tubing improves flow and delivers a more aggressive exhaust note, giving you a deeper, throatier sound under throttle while staying smooth and controlled at cruising speeds.

Our True Helmholtz Technology keeps unwanted resonance out of the cabin, so the exhaust note stays enjoyable on long drives — not just impressive in the driveway.

Since the front pipes connect after the catalytic converters, emissions equipment stays untouched. No lights, no issues, just a better-sounding truck.

System Specs
AWD, Lobo, Tremor, and FWD available
3" T304 SS Mandrel Bent Tubing
5 tip options, including black ceramic coating
True Helmholtz Technology for a refined, fatigue-free exhaust note
Mill finish tubing and canister
Bolt on system, no cutting or welding required
Not compatible with other engines or powertrains
⚠️ Spare Tire Fitment Notice
Due to the routing of the 3" tubing on the Ford Maverick, installation requires removal of the full-size spare tire. To continue carrying a spare, owners can relocate to a compact spare or swap to a tire repair kit.

⚠️ This exhaust is NOT compatible with vehicles equipped with a Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF). Installing on a GPF-equipped vehicle may cause a Check Engine Light.

Does my Maverick have a Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF)?
The easiest way to check is using your VIN:

Look under the hood of your vehicle for the "Vehicle Emissions Control" sticker to see if GPF is listed. See image example on this page.
If your vehicle has a GPF, this exhaust may trigger a Check Engine Light.
