Thermal R&D - 2022+ Honda Civic Si - Front Pipe Back Exhaust

Since the early 90's, Thermal has been building exhaust systems for subcompact cars. We've branched out a bit since then, but we were excited when the 2022 Honda Civic Si launched. The 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust expands the tubing diameter to increase performance. Using our True Helmholtz Technology, we allow for straight through exhaust characteristics with drone cancelling mufflers. We elected to build the Helmholtz chambers internally on this model to reduce weight and costs to the end user, while maintaining the exceptionally engineered sound that one expects when buying a Thermal product.
